Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ArtVault Pro software and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms stated here, you should not use the software. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of ArtVault Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of Software
ArtVault Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business purposes related to art collection management. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
ArtVault Pro, including its design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ArtVault Software and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your use of the software does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the software or its content. All collection data you enter remains your property. We claim no ownership over your artwork records, images, or documentation stored within the system.
Limitation of Liability
ArtVault Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArtVault Software disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall ArtVault Software be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the software shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
